I’m Laura Peck — a leadership mentor, strategic advisor, and guide for people and businesses navigating growth, change, or complexity.
I’ve spent over 30 years in the media, digital, communications and marketing worlds – working with agencies, creatives, and brands to grow strong client relationships, high-performing teams, and sustainable business strategies. Throughout my agency career, I’ve worked with brands like Coca-Cola, Optus, Virgin Mobile, Nestlé, and World Vision – and with agencies and teams of all sizes across Australia, the US, and the Asia-Pacific region.
Today, I bring that experience to the work I do as a mentor and advisor. I support boutique agency founders and their leadership teams through offsites, facilitated planning sessions, and ongoing strategic guidance. I also work one-on-one with senior professionals navigating role transitions or stepping into leadership — helping them build clarity, confidence, and direction in what’s next.
Alongside my consultancy work, I’m also a co-founder of Cunning Stunts, the creators of the iconic community dance event Nudge Nudge Wink Wink, which has been running since 2015 and has raised over $433,000 for 41 local charities, earning Byron Shire’s Community Event of the Year in 2020.
