I’m Laura Peck – a leadership mentor, strategic advisor, and guide for people and businesses navigating growth, change, or complexity.

Over the past 30 years, I’ve worked in senior leadership, strategy, client service, and marketing across media, digital, communications, and startups. This experience has given me operational understanding, commercial insight, and personal depth, all of which shape how I support agency founders, leadership teams, and experienced professionals today.

My experience and training in business, yoga, and mindfulness also inform how I work, helping clients grow in a way that feels grounded, sustainable, and true to who they are.

I work at the intersection of coaching and mentoring – combining structured reflection and accountability with real-world advice and insight.

I support boutique agency founders and their leadership teams through offsites, facilitated planning sessions, and ongoing strategic guidance. I also work one-on-one with senior professionals navigating role transitions or stepping into leadership, helping them find clarity, confidence, and direction in what’s next.

Alongside my consultancy work, I’m also a co-founder of Cunning Stunts, the creators of the iconic community dance event Nudge Nudge Wink Wink, which has been running since 2015 and has raised over $433,000 for 41 local charities, earning Byron Shire’s Community Event of the Year in 2020.
