Laura Peck
Laura Peck is a true innovator in the internet industry having worked with clients, agencies and publishers in the digital space since 1995. Laura’s expertise in digital media, strategic sales, integrated advertising, account management and creative thinking along with her passion for the industry has allowed her to build an impressive career in both Australia and the US. She was most recently CEO of OneDigital, one of Australia’s leading interactive agencies and part of the Aegis network. Laura’s previous world class experience includes management roles with AOL, Beyond Interactive and Ammarati Puris Lintas.
Laura is a commercially minded, entrepreneurial, dynamic business leader possessing strong business acumen, instinctive knowledge and a successful track record. As a relationship builder, communication, trust and respect are tantamount to Laura’s approach.
Laura’s vast client experience includes Warner Music, Fairfax Digital, Holden (GM), Oracle, World Vision, Vodafone, Yahoo!, GlaxoSmithKline, Lexus, Ritz Carlton, Coca-Cola, adidas, Nestle, Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Johnson & Johnson. Laura has demonstrated her ability to lead enterprises in today’s highly competitive business environment. In particular, her diverse digital and classical marketing experience means that she is unusually well qualified to develop successful integrated communications programs.
Laura currently brings her business instincts, together with her passion for media, strategic creativity and high levels of client service to the clients of E&L Consultancy.
In recognition of her business record, Laura was selected as one of only thirty-two leaders from various disciplines to participate in ‘Sydney Leadership’ – a program endorsed by the Prime Minister’s office, dedicated to furthering real change in society.
Laura is the current chair of Green Pages Digital Advisory Panel, an active Yogini, and a member of AIMIA, Pecha Kucha, Sydney Leadership 2002, Online Advertising Professionals, and Sydney Media People.

Ian Shying
Ian Shying has over ten years of traditional and digital media experience in a wide cross section of creative disciplines. His skill set includes graphic design, art direction, interactive design, animation, user interface design, information architecture, motion graphics and digital strategy. Clients over the years have included Nestle, HSBC, Apple, Vodafone, Johnson & Johnson, Daimler Chrysler, Warner Music and Sony among many others.
He has worked with a number of leading design and communication agencies in Australia, Asia, UK & the US including Grey, Lowe Lintas, M&C Saatchi and Profero. Prior to establishing E&L Consultancy Ian was creative director at OneDigital in Sydney where in the first 3 months he won competitive pitches for adidas, Coca-Cola and Warner Music.
Ian’s creative and strategic work has earned recognition in most major interactive awards in Australia, he was recently awarded “Campaign Of The Year” at The Asian Advertising Awards for work developed for Mercedes Benz. Further, Ian has been chosen to judge international creative awards, been published in industry press and guest lectured at Industry colleges.
Ian is a founding member of the Green Pages Digital Advisory Panel and, outside of his commercial work, has been exhibited in international film and interactive art exhibitions.
